Salmo 23 privacy policy

This page explains how Salmo 23 uses information received from its customers and how Kindly Sites provides the website's technical infrastructure.

Version of this information:

Who decides and who processes

Salmo 23 is an independent business and decides why it uses messages, order requests, and other information sent by its customers.

Kindly Sites provides the technical infrastructure used to publish the site, receive authorized requests, protect the service, and—only when the business enables it—produce basic usage statistics. Kindly Sites does not replace the business in decisions about customer information.

Information that may be received

The information depends on what a person chooses to do on the site.

  • Information voluntarily entered in a message or request, such as a name, contact channel, question, and details needed to prepare an order.
  • If a person creates an optional account: email address, display name if they choose to provide one, technical account identifier, verification state, and the minimum information needed to keep the session signed in. The password is sent directly to the Firebase authentication service; it is not stored in an order request or shown to the business.
  • Requests submitted during a verified session are linked to that account identifier so the person can see a private history within this site. Requests submitted as a guest are not linked automatically and do not require an account.
  • Minimum operational information needed for security, abuse prevention, and technical delivery of the site.
  • If statistics are enabled: the visited path without private parameters, language, broad device and browser type, external referring site, approximate city and region, and privacy choice. In recognized countries where no prior banner is required, a first-party pseudonymous identifier limited to 30 days associates pages visited by the same browser. The IP address and exact coordinates are never stored.

How it is used

Information is used to answer questions, confirm availability, prepare and follow up requests, agree payment or delivery directly with the customer, maintain security, and operate the site.

When a person chooses to create an account, the verified email address and account identifier are used to maintain the session and show only the requests submitted on this site while the person was identified. The account is optional and does not convert an earlier guest request into an account-linked request.

Customer information is not sold and is not used for behavioral advertising or to follow a person across unrelated websites.

Statistics and privacy choices

When the business enables statistics, they are basic first-party measurements. The site does not load Google Analytics or an advertising tracker.

In the EU, EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and when location is unknown or untrusted, the browser sends no visitor measurement before acceptance. In other recognized countries, including Colombia and the United States, first-party analytics run without a banner and use a pseudonymous browser identifier, approximate city and region, and page journey for no more than 30 days. A person can turn them off from “Privacy choices.” Raw events are kept for no more than 30 days.

Retention

Contact requests may be kept for up to 365 days to respond and maintain the business operating history. Statistics events without form contents are configured for retention of up to 30 days; aggregated daily counts, up to 400 days.

The authentication profile is kept while the account remains active. A person can sign out at any time and request account deletion through the contact page. Deleting the account does not automatically delete order records that the business must keep to provide the service, resolve a dispute, or meet an applicable obligation.

Records needed to handle an order, resolve a dispute, protect the service, or meet applicable obligations may require a different period. The business must explain any additional practice it adopts.

Technical services

Kindly may use Google Cloud and Firebase for hosting, data, authentication, persistent sessions, and verification or reset emails; Google only when a person chooses Google sign-in; Cloudinary for images; Resend for email; Upstash for request limits; and Cloudflare for the regional privacy signal. Each service participates only when configured and needed for that function.

Rights, requests, and complaints

A data subject may request access to, consultation about, updating, correction, or deletion of their information; ask how it has been used or request proof of authorization; and withdraw authorization where applicable. Some records may need to remain when a legal or contractual duty requires retention.

Creating an account is optional. A person may continue as a guest, sign out at any time, and request account deletion or correction of account information through the contact page.

The first route is to write directly to Salmo 23 through the contact page published above. The request should identify the person, describe the information and requested action, and provide only the reasonable evidence needed to verify identity. The business will respond through its published channel or the channel stated in the request.

If a complaint remains unresolved after the business procedure has been exhausted, a person may complain to Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) when Colombian law applies. If a business contact detail is absent, this page shows the omission expressly and does not replace it with invented information.

Changes to this information

If the way the business or platform handles this information changes, this page should be updated before collection expands. The version date appears at the beginning.

This is an informational template assembled from details the business published through Kindly Sites. The business should review it and obtain qualified advice where appropriate; publication is not an automatic claim of legal compliance.
